Services are available with compatible phones within no nameTM mobile coverage areas. Pricing and offers may change without notice. Monthly fees are charged on a designated day each month based on anniversary date. You must have successfully paid for your Total Monthly Charge (Rate Plan + Add-Ons) for your service to remain active. If your monthly Rate Plan and Add-On charges are not paid and/or if your account balance is less than your Total Monthly Charge on your Monthly Anniversary Date, your account will be put on hold and you will not be able to use your services until your account balance has sufficient funds. If the full monthly rate plan payment is unsuccessful, service will be blocked. Unused minutes, texts, and data do not roll over into the next month. Prepaid funds are non-refundable.
Top-up cards are available in Loblaw grocery banners and are available in $15, $25 and $100. Upon purchase, call 1-877-284-6361 and follow prompts to add funds to your account. $15 is valid for 30 days, $25 is valid for 60 days and $100 is valid for 365 days. You can also add funds to your account through automatic top-up either through auto allowance or allowance in $5 denominations.
Plans include 4G LTE data speed and may reach download speeds of up to 150 Mbps, with the coverage and reliability of the LTE network. Speed and signal strength may vary due to traffic, topography, environmental conditions and other factors, including no nameTM mobile's Internet traffic management practices (e.g., priority access to emergency personnel and critical infrastructure personnel). Data includes data usage while in Canada and is rounded to the next KB. Data usage applies to sent and received picture and video messages and messages sent with an instant messaging application (e.g. Whatsapp, iMessage)
1. Automatic Top-up (Auto-Allowance or Allowance) is a preauthorized Top-up program that charges your credit card, Visa Debit or bank account to Top-up your account right before your Monthly Anniversary date each month. Customers may opt out of Auto-Allowance or Allowance at any time through the My PC mobile (Prepaid) app or by calling our customer service centre at 1-877-284-6361. Auto top-up data bonus will be applied within 48 hours of a successful Automatic Top-up and Total Monthly Charge payment. If the bank account or payment card provided cannot be charged or if you are no longer registered for Automatic Top-up, then the data bonus will not be applied and will be automatically removed from your account.

4. If your data usage in a month exceeds your data allotment, your data will be shut off until your next Monthly charge date. Additional data add-ons can be purchased through My PC mobile (Prepaid) app. Data add-ons are good from purchase date to cycle end date. Data add-ons are a recurring charge and can be removed by turning off this feature in the My PC mobile (Prepaid) app or by calling our customer service at 1-877-284-6361.
